Production Operator - #1165088

Key Information:

• Work location Tuas with 2-way company transport at Joo Koon MRT

• 5 day 8am to 5pm

• Must be able to work overtime

• Basic + AWS + Bonus + OT pay

• US company, metal industry

Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates cutting machine(s) in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

• Safely adjusts machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications.

• Perform a variety of material movement tasks for order filling, receiving, and loading/unloading.

• Safely uses assigned power equipment to move material and meet order requirements (crown truck, side-loader, overhead crane, forklift, etc.)

• Follow customer requirements to select, fill, and package orders.

• Attach bundle tag to material being shipped and stages for shipment.

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

• Notices and reports defects and/or excessive wear and tear of equipment; may perform set-up and preventative maintenance of equipment.

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform other related work as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2 years of warehouse/production experience.

• Possess forklift license.

• Ability to use computer for tasks such as printing, checking of inventory location.

• Ability to lift or carry 10 to 20kgs boxes by hand.
