As a HRBP Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with departmental leadership to evaluate workforce requirements, ensuring local team practices seamlessly support broader corporate milestones.

• Deliver comprehensive guidance across all stages of the employee journey, including strategic headcount planning, annual performance cycles, and retention initiatives.

• Manage internal employee relations by resolving conflicts objectively, conducting investigations when necessary, and championing an equitable, inclusive culture.

• Equip and mentor line managers with the necessary tools to handle team dynamics, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and internal ethics.

• Partner with hiring teams to clarify role scopes and spearhead sourcing strategies that secure high-caliber talent aligned with our core values.

• Champion and facilitate internal restructuring, process modernizations, and role redefinitions to minimize operational friction.

• Coordinate with specialized corporate HR divisions (Compensation, L&D, Operations) to deploy cohesive, high-impact talent programs.

• Review internal metrics and workforce analytics to pinpoint emerging trends, mitigate operational risks, and substantiate HR recommendations.

• Oversee or contribute to ad-hoc regional HR initiatives and operational portfolios as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience
