Job Descriptions:

To assist the Facilities Engineer in critical & facilities maintenance and management.
To co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule.
To monitor and carry out quality check on progressive completed work and make recommendation for effective project management.
To assist in the preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings.
To assist Facilities Engineer on all other project administrative matters.

Job Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience in M&E or construction industry.
Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
Willing to travel based on the project site.
