We are representing a global organisation within the Marine and Oil & Gas industry seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support its Singapore operations. This role is responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring smooth execution across the full order-to-delivery cycle in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

Role Overview

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling customer enquiries, coordinating order fulfilment, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This role requires strong responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in an operationally intensive setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries related to product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and surcharges

  • Partner closely with Sales teams to align on pricing, supply, and payment terms for each account

  • Oversee the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners

  • Handle delivery planning and execution, adapting to changes and providing practical solutions where needed

  • Perform order follow-ups, including documentation for invoicing and monitoring outstanding payments

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, tracking account performance and addressing any changes or issues

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and operational processes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or supply chain operations

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle order fulfilment and order management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

  • Experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, or related industries is advantageous


Other Information:

  • Working Location: West ( Company Transport Provided )

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00pm
