Enrolled Nurse (Residential Home) (ID: 675722) - #1165008

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents with physical, intellectual, or multiple disabilities.

• Monitor residents’ health conditions, vital signs, and daily well-being, and report any abnormalities to the Registered Nurse or doctor.

• Administer medications and assist with treatments according to nursing protocols and care plans.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene.

• Support rehabilitation and therapy programmes together with the multidisciplinary team.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, incident reports, and residents’ records.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic emergency care when required.

• Educate and support residents and caregivers on health-related matters.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, workplace safety, and nursing standards.

• Participate in ward routines, stock management, and general operational duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as an Enrolled Nurse.

• Valid Practising Certificate issued by SNB.

• Relevant experience in community care, disability care, nursing home, or residential care settings is an advantage.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
