As a Sales Support Executive (Freight Forwarding), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including preparing quotations, pricing, and cost calculations.

• Coordinate with operations, carriers, overseas agents, and vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Respond to customer enquiries, rate requests, and shipment updates while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Prepare and maintain quotations, RFQs, tenders, reports, and sales documentation in compliance with company policies.

• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a sales support role.
