Project Coordinator / Project Executive (Semiconductor Industry)

Job Information

• Basic Salary: Up to $6,500 (depending on experience) + Completion Bonus

• Contract: 1-year contract (convertible to permanent)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

• Location: Woodlands

• Company transport provided from Admiralty MRT

• Industry: Semiconductor

Job Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end semiconductor equipment project execution from BOM release to final customer delivery.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and timely completion.

• Track project schedules, monitor progress, and assist in identifying delays or issues.

• Prepare and provide regular project updates to internal teams.

• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution by working closely with relevant teams and subject matter experts.

• Assist in managing multiple ongoing projects to ensure operational efficiency and timeline adherence.

• Support production planning, scheduling, forecasting, and materials coordination activities.

• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and project assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Engineering / Business / Supply Chain preferred).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or project coordination will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of project management, production planning, or supply chain concepts is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems will be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good teamwork and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
