Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Greet and deliver high-quality service to walk-in patients and visitors.

• Manage patient flow effectively and assist in preparing patients for consultations with medical professionals.

• Assist with the ordering, tracking, and follow-up of investigatory and blood tests for comprehensive patient care.

• Provide clinical and operational support to medical staff as needed.

• Ensure timely updates and maintenance of documents in clinic management systems.

• Process patient billing accurately and efficiently throughout their journey from registration to follow-up appointments.

• Oversee daily front office operations, upholding service excellence and compliance with clinic protocols.

• Support training and mentorship of new front office staff members.

• Offer constructive feedback to management regarding workflow enhancements and patient experience optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-clinic teams and travel to different clinics as required.

Job Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• Experience in healthcare or clinic operations is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive and able to solve problems effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn clinic management systems quickly.
