About the role

As a Shipping Coordinator at 3G PTE LTD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods in and out of the organisation. This full-time position is based in our Macpherson office in the Central Region. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating all shipping activities.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to schedule and coordinate shipments

2. Preparing and processing all shipping documentation

3. Tracking shipments and proactively communicating with stakeholders about delivery status

4. Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process

5. Maintaining accurate records and data related to all shipping activities

6. Providing administrative support and perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

7. Identifying opportunities to optimise shipping processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics coordinator role, preferably within the import/export and customs industry

2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

3. Proficiency in using shipping software and databases

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Working knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures

6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
