As a Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Source quotations, conduct price comparisons, and prepare detailed costing summaries.

• Prepare comprehensive project costings and budgets.

• Prepare and manage tender documentation and contractual documents.

• Work closely with the project team on variation works, progress claims, and cost control matters.

• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors on all project cost-related issues.

• Oversee and manage document control for cost, contract, and tender documentation.

• Perform risk assessments and cost impact calculations.

• Conduct tender analysis and participate in the agreement of contract sums.

• Assess contractors’ claims and provide advice on contractual issues and disputes.

• Undertake detailed cost analysis for construction works to ensure cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with the purchasing manager to study procurement strategies and recommend cost-effective approaches to reduce overall project costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Engineering.
