• Position: Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive

• Location: Defu Lane

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Gas Distributor

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL)

• Quarterly GST preparation

• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents

• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline

• Perform reconciliation between reports

• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
