C&S/Technical Engineer (Precast Projects) - #1164904

• Support and contribute towards C&S/Technical design functions for Building/Infrastructure projects

• Attending and being proactive in design coordination meeting with consultants / client

• Ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved

• Ensure transmittal forms / emails are issued for latest drawings / BIM models,

• To study & review drawings / specifications in identifying discrepancies and issue queries to consultants accordingly

• Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with Consultants, all trades and authorities.

• Ensure BIM team update the drawings / BIM Model with the latest information available timely.

• Upkeep all submission, response for the submission and approval. Monitor the status of the submission and pursue response from the relevant parties once the response is due.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and above in Civil/Structural or relevant engineering discipline

• At least 3-5 years of prior experience with a contractor or consultant environment

• Precast/PPVC/Prefab experience an advantage; projects are available across Building/Infrastructure sectors
