As a Engineer (Mechanical, Project Management) - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage Repair & Replacement (R&R) projects from planning through execution.

• Oversee the maintenance of existing facilities and manage enhancement projects for current and new infrastructure.

• Supervise preventive maintenance activities performed by outsourced service providers to ensure service quality and compliance.

• Implement operational, maintenance, and facility improvement programmes for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Develop and execute work plans to enhance system reliability, performance, and operational integrity.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project and operational objectives.

• Prepare management updates on integrated operations initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Analyse, review, and support the development and management of maintenance contracts.

• Provide shift coverage when operationally required.

• Prepare project plans, reports, papers, and regular progress updates for stakeholders and management.

• Lead and manage projects across various integrated operations functions.

• Support departmental audits, inspections, and accreditation activities to ensure regulatory and organisational compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
