As a Engineer (Mechanical, Project Management) - Healthcare, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage Repair & Replacement (R&R) projects from planning through execution.
Oversee the maintenance of existing facilities and manage enhancement projects for current and new infrastructure.
Supervise preventive maintenance activities performed by outsourced service providers to ensure service quality and compliance.
Implement operational, maintenance, and facility improvement programmes for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
Develop and execute work plans to enhance system reliability, performance, and operational integrity.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project and operational objectives.
Prepare management updates on integrated operations initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Analyse, review, and support the development and management of maintenance contracts.
Provide shift coverage when operationally required.
Prepare project plans, reports, papers, and regular progress updates for stakeholders and management.
Lead and manage projects across various integrated operations functions.
Support departmental audits, inspections, and accreditation activities to ensure regulatory and organisational compliance.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
