Key Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with clients over the phone and via email.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
