Warehouse Assistant – Inbound (Ecommerce / Tuas / Basic $2500) - #1164661

Location: Gul Circle / Tuas Area
Working Days: 5 days work week. Excluding sunday. Note that alternate week full sat required. Off day for that week will be a weekday and sunday.
Salary: $2,500 basic per month
Overtime: $16 per hour
Annual Leave: 15 days

Role Overview

1. Company industry: E-commerce fulfilment service provider / 3PL warehouse.

2. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant - Inbound to support incoming goods and inventory receiving.

3. This is not a deskbound role. Candidates must be comfortable with both physical warehouse work and basic computer work, including receiving goods, checking quantity, labelling items, moving stock, and updating records in the warehouse system.

4. Candidates staying in the West area such as Jurong, Boon Lay, Pioneer, Tuas, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok, or nearby areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, count, and inspect incoming goods.

• Update stock records using warehouse system / computer.

• Label, sort, and arrange goods in the correct warehouse locations.

• Report damaged goods, missing items, or quantity discrepancies.

• Assist with stock movement, stock counts, and inventory checks.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to use computer for basic warehouse system updates.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual warehouse work.

• Able to lift, move, unpack, count, label, and arrange goods.

• Careful, organised, and accurate in stock checking.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Prior warehouse / inbound / inventory experience is advantageous.
