Qualifications & experience

(1) Experience coordinating with customers, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
(2) Experience in using Xero software is a MUST.
(3) Proficiency in MS Excel.
(4) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
(5) Detail oriented.
(6) Independent.

Tasks & responsibilities

(1) Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle accurately and efficiently.
(2) Using Xero to generate invoices and packing slips.
(3) Coordinate for deliveries.
(4) Enter costing into EXCEL via Google Drive.
(5) Manage inventory.
