The Role:

Join us as a Customer Care Executive (Financial Assistance Processing) for 3 mths contract and play a vital role in assisting individuals through their financial assistance journey. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will make a real impact on lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify identity and income documents submitted by applicants.

• Process financial assistance applications in line with established guidelines.

• Assess income eligibility and ensure compliance with criteria.

• Respond to applicants’ enquiries via hotline and email.

• Follow up on outstanding documents to complete applications.

• Archive digital documents in the designated repository.

• Apply sound judgment when reviewing applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Clear and articulate with good telephone etiquette.

• IT savvy, systematic, and meticulous.

• Proficient in MS Excel and email communication.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• A-Level or Diploma holders (any discipline).

• Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles is an advantage.
