ClearSK manages the award-winning ClearSK chain of medi-aesthetic centres, with a strong presence in Singapore, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a proactive and organised Clinic Operation Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The Clinic Operation Executive/Manager will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, support the smooth running of our clinics and work closely with our doctors in delivering excellent treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Patient & Appointment Management

• Book patients' next appointments before they leave the clinic.

• Follow up on missed appointments and post-treatment patients to support treatment compliance.

• Educate patients on approved post-treatment home care and product usage.

Clinic Operations

• Support customer check-in, queue management and daily clinic workflow.

• Assist with pre-treatment administration, customer profiling and clinic documentation.

• Ensure clinic notices, educational materials and promotional displays are updated.

Inventory Management

• Prepare treatment stock according to daily appointments.

• Monitor stock levels, maintain buffer stock and submit replenishment requests.

• Record all stock movements accurately and safeguard clinic inventory.

Operational Support

• Assist with purchase documentation and treatment consent administration when required.

• Review daily sales reports and prepare Customer Assignment to Staff (CAS) schedules.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.

• Support other clinic operational and administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

· Minimum Poly diploma or Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Admin, Science, Health Sciences or related disciplines.

· Minimum 2–5 years of operations, clinic administration, hospitality, retail or customer service experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, dental, specialist clinics or wellness industries.

· Experience coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and independently.

· Proficiency in stock administration and inventory management.

· Comfortable with electronic payment systems and mobile device usage.

· Ability to assist doctors with pre and post-treatment procedures.

· Willingness to adapt and participate in job rotation and career path planning.

· Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

· Proficient in IT systems

· Good command of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking patients.
