LHN Energy is a growing energy solutions provider under the LHN Group, focused on delivering sustainable and innovative clean energy solutions across Singapore. As we continue to expand our footprint in the solar energy sector, we are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving business growth within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar market while working closely with internal engineering and project teams to deliver impactful renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and enquiry qualification to proposal submission and contract closure.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, landlords and industry partners.

  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.

Proposal & Solution Development

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to prepare accurate costing, feasibility assessments, and customised proposals.

  • Present business proposals and solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.

  • Translate technical concepts into commercially viable and client-friendly presentations.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the renewable energy sector.

  • Support management in developing sales strategies and business growth initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related disciplines.

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

  • Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, construction, or energy-related industries.

  • Familiarity with Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects and energy solutions.

  • Existing business network within Singapore or regional energy markets will be advantageous.
