Job Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through new business development and existing customer relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored products and service solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
Gather market intelligence and provide customer insights to support product development.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence and expand networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to account management and revenue retention.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or a related field), or a Master Mariner/Chief Engineer certification.
At least 5 years of experience in marine sales or a related industry.
Good knowledge of the marine industry with an established professional network.
Experience in direct sales from technical product know-how and/or support of the sales process with the ability to recommend suitable solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
