About the role
This role involves coordinating project timelines, action items, and stakeholder meetings while preparing and consolidating reports, presentations, business reviews, and project documentation. You will liaise with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Finance, and Regulatory functions, as well as external vendors on various business-as-usual activities. The position supports category management activities, key business projects, events, roadshows, and new brand launches within the Commercial Health portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on project timelines, action items, and stakeholder meetings
Prepare and consolidate reports, presentations, business reviews, and project documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Finance, Regulatory, etc.) and external vendors on various BAU activities
Track promotional submissions, listing documentation, marketing plans, and commercial deliverables
Provide administrative support for category management activities, including data consolidation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on outstanding tasks
Support key business projects, events, roadshows, and new brand launches within the Commercial Health portfolio
About you
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Retail or FMCG industry
Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
Basic data analysis skills and ability to create automated templates/dashboards would be advantageous
