About the role

This role is based in the North Region and offers an exciting opportunity to drive our purchasing and procurement strategy. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is integral to maintaining cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and timely delivery across our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing requests to support procurement needs

• Prepare and review demand and supply for PO issuance and acknowledgement

• Monitor OOR with suppliers based on demand requests

• Coordinate with departments to ensure supply availability and quality

• Expedite urgent requests to support production needs

• Maintain ERP data accurately and consistently

• Work closely with suppliers and internal planners

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with SAP or Epicor is an advantage
