Mechanical Engineer - #1164425

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and lead all aspects of mechanical design and engineering, including basis of design, scope of work, and development of construction and QAQC documentation, ensuring detailed project execution.

• Assist and support the Project Manager in handling, Tracking and Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that work on site is on schedule.

• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations

• Ensure that all works carried out exceeds industry standards and are in compliance with local legislations, QHSE requirements and other regulations.

• Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor daily site progress and update programme on the site progress report

• To assist on the M&E design matter.

• Contribute to all tasks necessary for project completion and delivery.

Role Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent qualification recognized by PEB. (Professional Engineers Board)

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences.

• Experience in LTA bus depot, BDE and Bus depot M&E services added advantage.

• Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks.

• Able to manage and coordinate various sub-contractors, vendors, consultant and clients effectively
