Insurance Operations SME (Contract, Up to $15k monthly) - #1164413

We are partnering with a leading insurance organisation to hire experienced Insurance Operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support a large-scale transformation programme.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Policy Servicing and/or Claims who are passionate about improving operational processes and driving business change. You will work closely with Operations, Business and Technology teams to support system enhancements, process improvements and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define business and operational requirements for system enhancements and new initiatives

• Review test plans, test cases and test results

• Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Conduct business impact assessments and process reviews

• Map business processes and customer journeys

• Prepare SOPs, operational guides and training materials

• Conduct training sessions for business users

• Work closely with Business, IT and Project teams throughout implementation

• Support post-implementation activities and continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience within Life Insurance Operations

• Strong expertise in Policy Servicing and/or Claims

• Experience supporting transformation, system enhancement or process improvement initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in UAT, process mapping and training documentation will be advantageous
