Healthcare Operations Assistant Manager (Hospital) - #1164389

What you'll be doing

• Support the planning, coordination, and management of daily hospital operations to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency

• Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve workflows, enhance patient experience, and address operational issues

• Monitor operational performance indicators, identify gaps, and support the implementation of improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

• Support manpower planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation to meet operational needs

• Analyse operational data and prepare reports for management review and decision-making

• Assist in managing projects, process improvement initiatives, and service enhancement programmes

• Engage with stakeholders including clinical teams, support services, and external partners to drive effective collaboration

• Support audits, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement activities

• Provide guidance and support to operations teams to achieve service and performance objectives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management/ Business Administration/ Operations Management or related studies

• 3 – 5 years of working healthcare operations experience within a hospital or healthcare setting

• Experience in hospital operations, patient services, clinic/ ward operations, or healthcare process improvement preferred

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of healthcare workflows, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
