Key Responsibilities
Support and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR administration.
Partner with department managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce development.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing with external payroll vendors.
Administer employee benefits, leave management, insurance, and other HR programs.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, company policies, and other statutory requirements.
Handle employee relations matters, provide HR guidance, and support disciplinary and grievance cases.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Coordinate training programs and support employees' learning and development initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Generate HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support management decision-making.
Support HR digitalization initiatives, including HRIS implementation and process improvements.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems (e.g., Info-Tech, QuickHRs, OpenSoft, HRSM, or equivalent).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry is an advantage.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees, stakeholders, and overseas counterparts.
Willing to work in East Region (Changi North Crescent)
