Days: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Location: Central Town Area
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve daily and weekly targets
Provide on-the-ground support, guidance, and real-time troubleshooting during operations
Conduct training and onboarding for new team members to ensure understanding of scripts, systems, and protocols
Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, data collection standards, and quality requirements
Handle escalations, difficult respondents, and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
Work closely with stakeholders and management to implement process improvements and optimise workflows
Manage scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning to ensure sufficient coverage
Support administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and coordination of operations
Requirements:
• Singaporeans Only
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in outbound operations
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and call monitoring tools and systems
