The Asset Lifecycle Management Operations Support Associate manages client assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate recording, safe handling, and efficient processing to maintain quality, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming client assets and verify quantities, specifications, and condition to ensure accuracy
Label, tag, and register assets precisely in inventory management systems for traceability
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and perform inventory audits to ensure asset accuracy
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies promptly to maintain data integrity
Store assets safely and systematically following operational procedures to prevent damage
Handle and move IT equipment, office furniture, workplace assets, cartons, and other inventory with care
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and elevated work platforms safely when required
Prepare assets for storage, deployment, relocation, recovery, refurbishment, or disposal according to project needs
Pick, pack, and stage assets for delivery, installation, collection, or redeployment to meet client schedules
Support workplace solutions projects, office relocations, and asset deployment activities by coordinating asset movements
Prepare and manage documentation for asset movements, transfers, and client requests accurately
Assist in coordinating daily operational workflows to meet service-level expectations and deadlines
Ensure all assets are handled in compliance with company quality standards and client requirements
Report damaged, missing, or non-compliant assets promptly to maintain service quality
Maintain asset traceability and chain-of-custody records where required for security and accountability
Adhere to data security, workplace safety, and operational compliance requirements consistently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support operational efficiency
Follow all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and safe work procedures to ensure safety
Use equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and responsibly at all times
Report safety hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately to prevent accidents
Required competencies and certifications
Able to read and understand written and verbal English instructions to follow operational procedures
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support documentation and reporting
Physically fit to lift, carry, push, and move inventory and workplace assets safely
Comfortable operating material handling equipment and working at heights where required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, workplace services, or asset management
Experience handling IT assets, office furniture, workplace equipment, or inventory
Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems
Preferred Valid Singapore MOM-recognised Forklift Licence
