Assistant Account Executive
Job Descriptions
- Knowledge in handling Full-Set Accounts, Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Closing monthly account
- Do Bank Reconciliation
- Generate sales invoices and official receipts
- Sort out invoices need to be paid for the month and upload in bank for director approval
- Handling procurement invoices
- Handling petty cash & claims and issuing cheque
- Handling payments for sub-contractors and suppliers
- Date entries / recording Financial transactions
- Generate staff payroll using Payboy/Simplepay
- Record invoices in Accounting Software (Xero, Quickbooks, MYOB)
- Perform GST Submission
- Performing other duties as required, such like Admin assistant job
- Computer literate
- adhoc duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years’ working experience in the similar role
- Good Attitude, a team player and communication skills
- Able to multitask -and manage change in a fast-paced environment
