Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, where you will play a crucial role in managing project finances and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all financial aspects of projects to ensure they stay within budget.

• Engage and establish strong relationships with team members, consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and architects.

• Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to inform decision-making.

• Obtain quotations and negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Responsible for measuring quantities and preparing take-offs.

• Prepare monthly main claims and variation orders for consultants.

• Draft monthly subcontractor payment certificates, variation orders, and oversee final account settlements.

• Assist in managing and reporting project budgets and cost controls.

• Conduct post-contract administration for both main contracts and subcontracts.

• Familiarize with various project stages to source competitively priced materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience in the construction sector.

• Previous experience with tendering for large-scale building projects is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work practices.
