The Creative Producer reports to the Regional Marketing Executive.
The Regional Marketing Executive is responsible for campaign strategy, market direction, target audience, key messages, channel planning, product positioning and regional marketing priorities.
The Marketing team ultimately reports to the Senior Business Development Manager, who leads the overall business development, brand growth, regional sales direction and commercial strategy of the team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Marketing Executive to turn marketing strategies and campaign ideas into creative output that is practical, attractive and commercially useful.
Purpose of the Role
The Creative Producer is responsible for producing creative content that supports the company’s marketing, e-commerce, branding and sales activities.
This is a hands-on creative role. You will help transform marketing ideas, product information, customer messages and campaign directions into visuals, videos, e-commerce content, packaging, brochures, catalogues, social media content and other creative assets.
You are not expected to independently set marketing strategy. Instead, you will collaborate with the Regional Marketing Executive to make strategies come alive through strong creative execution.
Your work should help customers understand our products faster, trust our brands more, and support our distributors and sales teams in selling more effectively.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Creative Production & Design
You will produce creative materials for campaigns, products, brands and sales support.
This includes:
Social media graphics
Product brochures
Catalogues
Posters
Flyers
Banners
Presentation decks
Product sheets
Packaging designs
Labels
Instruction sheets
Exhibition graphics
Website and e-commerce visuals
Digital campaign assets
You will help make our products look professional, credible and memorable.
2. Collaboration with Regional Marketing Executive
You will work closely with the Regional Marketing Executive on creative direction and campaign execution.
This includes:
Understanding campaign objectives
Discussing target audiences and key messages
Collaborating on storyboards
Developing design themes
Proposing visual styles
Improving content layout and presentation
Turning marketing ideas into creative assets
Revising creative work based on feedback
Adapting creative materials for different markets and customer groups
The Regional Marketing Executive will guide the marketing direction. Your role is to bring that direction to life visually.
3. E-commerce Content Creation & Maintenance
Engineering Edge operates an online shop, and e-commerce content is an important part of this role.
You will collaborate with the Regional Marketing Executive to create, update and improve e-commerce content.
The Regional Marketing Executive will guide the product positioning, campaign message, promotional focus and customer angle.
You will support by producing, uploading and maintaining the creative and product content needed for the online shop.
Responsibilities include:
Create and update product pages
Prepare ecommerce product images
Design product banners, icons and graphics
Upload photos, brochures, catalogues, videos and technical documents
Assist in writing or refining product descriptions
Improve product page layout and visual presentation
Create e-commerce landing pages for campaigns and launches
Maintain consistency between e-commerce content, brochures, catalogues and packaging
Ensure product information is clear, accurate and visually professional
Work with the Regional Marketing Executive, product team and website developers when updates are required
Your goal is to make the online shop clearer, more attractive and easier for customers to browse, understand and buy from.
4. Digital Content Production
You will produce digital content for platforms such as:
LinkedIn
Facebook
YouTube
Company website
Online shop
Email campaigns
Digital advertisements
This may include:
Social media visuals
Short videos
Reels
Product explainers
Campaign graphics
Motion graphics
Website banners
EDM visuals
Product launch content
B2B marketing does not need to be dull. Your job is to help us create content that is clear, sharp and interesting enough to stop people from scrolling past.
5. Video, Photography & Storyboarding
You will support photo and video production for products, campaigns, e-commerce and events.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in planning product photo shoots
Carry out basic product photography
Assist with videography
Edit photos and videos
Create short-form videos for social media and e-commerce
Prepare storyboards based on campaign direction
Support product explainer videos
Coordinate with external photographers, videographers or production vendors when required
You should enjoy visual storytelling and have the patience to make technical products look clean, premium and easy to understand.
6. Product, Packaging & Sales Support Materials
You will support the creation of materials that help our sales teams, distributors and dealers explain products more effectively.
This includes:
Product launch kits
Distributor support materials
Dealer sales kits
Product comparison visuals
Application guides
Technical illustrations
Packaging artwork
Product display materials
Exhibition graphics
Sales presentation decks
Your work will not just sit in a folder. It will be used by real sales teams, distributors and customers across different markets.
7. Events & Exhibition Creative Support
You will support the Regional Marketing Executive in preparing creative materials for trade shows, product seminars, distributor events and company activities.
This includes:
Booth graphics
Event banners
Posters
Backdrops
Product displays
Presentation slides
Promotional materials
Event photography and video support
Post-event content creation
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is creative, hands-on, organised and excited to learn.
You do not need to be a fastener expert from day one. We will train you on our products, brands and internal processes.
However, you should be someone who enjoys learning how products work, how customers think, and how design can influence trust, interest and buying decisions.
The ideal candidate should be able to:

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may apply.
Candidates with experience in creative production, graphic design, ecommerce content, video production or digital content creation will have an advantage.
Strong command of English.
Mandarin is an advantage, as coordination with Taiwan offices or regional partners may be required.
Able to work under deadlines.
Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
Portfolio submission is compulsory.
