Customer Service Officer (Order Processing / Quotation) - #1164180

• Position: Warehouse Assistant/Storekeeper or Coordinator

• Location: Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT)

• Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2600 + Bonus + 14 days leave

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Semiconductor & Electronic

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and sort incoming goods

• Move, organize and store goods neatly

• Pick, pack, and label incoming and outgoing goods

• Carry out good housekeeping to ensure a clean, tidy and safe store environment

• Conduct stock checks

• Ensure accurate update of inventory records

• Maintain and service warehouse tools & machinery

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Proficient in MS Office software

• Able to work after office hours when required & willing to handle chemical product and work in dusty environment
