Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales: Promote and sell gold jewellery to walk-in customers.

2. Customisation Services: Understand customers’ preference to recommend and curate suitable custom-made designs.

3. End-to-End Service: Act as a bridge between customers and craftsmen/designers to ensure the custom orders meets expectations.

Requirements

1. Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese, because most of our customers speak English or Chinese.

2. Character: Honest, reliable, and possesses a high level of integrity.

3. Experience: Experience in retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage.

4. Drive: Service-oriented, positive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
