Job Title: Electrical Technician / Assistant Engineer

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,000

• Overtime Pay + Performance Bonus

• Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Stable 5-day work week

Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical assembly, wiring, and system integration based on electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

• Install, wire, and assemble electrical components and control panels according to work instructions.

• Support machine testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of electrical systems, including EtherCAT communication and TwinCAT diagnostics.

• Assist engineers in identifying technical issues and provide feedback to improve system performance and reliability.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly progress, technical issues, and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to monitor and follow up on outstanding electrical components and materials.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, including proper implementation of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing.

• Able to work in a cleanroom environment (cleanroom attire provided).

• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

• Basic knowledge of electrical control systems is preferred.

• Experience in the semiconductor or precision engineering industry will be an advantage.
