Post1) Precision Injection Moulding Engineering Specialist

• Machine & Tooling Setup: Set up multi-cavity, high-precision molds, core pulls, complex sliders, and auxiliary equipment.

• Process Optimization: Program and fine-tune critical parameters (multi-stage injection speeds, hold pressures, melt temperatures, and cycle times) for high-performance resins (e.g., PEEK, LCP, PPS, PEI).

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify technical molding defects such as micro-flash, gas burns, voids, sink marks, and warping to minimize downtime and scrap rates.

• Automation & Robotics: Operate, set up, and troubleshoot 3-axis/5-axis robotic sprue pickers and automated vision inspection systems.

• Mould Care & Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on molds, cleaning tool inserts, core pins, and parting lines to maximize tooling longevity.

Requirements:

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in high-precision plastic injection moulding, or electronics tooling sectors.

• Proven experience with premium electric injection moulding machines (e.g., Fanuc Roboshot, Sodick, Sumitomo, Arburg).

Post 2) Engineer Assistant (Production)

• Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operation lines.

• Planning & Co-coordinating the workflow on production lines to achieve production targets.

• Trouble shooting production problems and assist in planning new project work.

Requirements

- Higher Nitec on Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or any related engineering field

- Entry candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply

- Able to work in a cleanroom environment
