Planner (Semicon, Changi) - #1163854

We are seeking a Materials Planner to ensure material availability and efficient inventory management to support production operations. The role requires SAP proficiency to monitor inventory, verify warehouse stock, and coordinate material flow across departments.

Contract: 12 months

Location: Changi

Key Responsibilities

• Use SAP to verify parts availability and monitor inventory levels.

• Plan, schedule, and track material movement throughout the production cycle.

• Determine material requirements based on production and engineering schedules.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.

• Maintain inventory at planned levels and support material purchasing activities.

• Monitor and resolve material shortages, variances, and non-conformances.

• Develop material specifications for new contract orders and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in materials planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.

• Proficiency in SAP and inventory management processes.

• Understanding of MRP, production scheduling, and material planning.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.let
