Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

Salary: Basic Up $4000

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm

Work Location: Alps Ave

Knowledge in handling pharmaceutical products

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO 22716/GMP compliance.

• Manage quality documents, SOPs, and staff training.

• Conduct supplier assessments and monitor equipment calibration and maintenance.

• Support internal, external, and customer audits, including CAPA follow-up.

• Handle deviations, complaints, recalls, and corrective actions.

• Perform batch release and support continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Science or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in logistics, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG.

• Knowledge of QMS, GMP, and ISO 22716 is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
