Process Operator/Specialist/Gross up $3500/AWS/VB- SENOKO

Salary: Gross up S$3,500/month (not included OT yet)

PERKS:

• Work Schedule: 5 Days Work Week | 12-hour rotating shifts (Every 2 weeks)

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

• AWS

• Variable Bonus

• Fixed Allowance: Up to $300/Month

• Daily Shift Allowances:

  • S$10 / day for Day Shift

  • S$22 / day for Night Shift

  • 15 Annual Leave

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily setups, loading of raw materials, and safe operation of production machinery.

• Identify basic mechanical issues and perform minor troubleshooting or adjustments to minimize downtime.

• Assist with standard material handling, packing, loading/unloading.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and participating in the bi-weekly shift rotation.
