1. Assist with BIM Management and establish the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

2. Attend BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

3. Review, verify, and present clash detection reports.

4. Coordinate the development and handover of the as-built BIM model to clients upon project completion.

5. Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and M&E disciplines to develop integrated BIM models.

6. Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to streamline documentation, coordination, and data access between the office and site teams.

7. Enforce the mandate for the main contractor and all subcontractors to extract shop drawings directly from the BIM model.

8. Verify and ensure strict alignment between all 2D drawings and 3D models.

9. Prepare templates for the Asset Information Model (AIM) to meet facility management and future BIM project tender requirements.
