About the role

Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore) is seeking a Resident-Programme Executive to join our team in the Yishun North Region. This full-time role is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating programmes and activities for the residents in our aged care facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our elderly residents.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activity programme to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents

• Organise and facilitate a range of engaging recreational, social, educational and therapeutic activities

• Provide personalised, resident-centric care and support to ensure the residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and review individual care plans for residents

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident activities and programming

• Actively engage residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the resident programme and services

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or degree in a social services, healthcare or related field

• At least 2 years' experience in planning and delivering programmes for the elderly or disabled populations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise and engage with residents

• Excellent organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple activities and events

• Creativity and innovation in designing and implementing engaging resident programmes

• Knowledge of aged care regulations, standards and best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
