Support in all administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support for Club's finance and other duties as directed.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling slot machines collection and IRAS reports
2. Summary of Revenue (daily) from Collection counters
3. Liaison between HQ Finance and club on all finance related matters
4. Responsible for bank-in and CISCO cash collection.
5. Vendors Management
6. Management of department’s assets inclusive but not limited to tagging, audit, sightings, disposal, and transfers
7. All office administration duties
8. Facilitate meetings and minutes taking
9. Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE 'O' level or Diploma, preferably in Business Mgt, Accounting or Hospitality
· At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
· Meticulous and able to multi-task
· Mathematically competent and comfortable in handling large amount of cash
· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
· Experience working in the club, leisure or hospitality industry will be an advantage
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
· Capable of working independently and excel as a team player
· Able to work PH and weekends, if needed
