We are seeking a motivated Engineer Associate to gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and site operations. This role is structured as a 6-month rotational programme, providing exposure across different project functions. You will work closely with project teams to support delivery, documentation, and on-site execution while developing practical engineering and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. The programme also includes monthly sharing sessions to support continuous learning, knowledge exchange, and professional development.
Project Management
Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Monitor project progress, costs, and key performance indicators against project targets.
Support on-site coordination and task execution to ensure effective project delivery.
Help resolve site and operational issues with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Prepare progress updates, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Support stakeholder coordination, ensuring clear communication and timely response to project needs.
Contribute to accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in tender and pre-construction documentation to support project readiness.
Operational Exposure & Development
Learn and assist in project operational tasks across various project departments.
Support the implementation of operational procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Participate in a structured, hands-on rotational program to gain exposure across different facets of project operations and build practical expertise.
Safety Management
Promote and support safe work practices across all site activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and statutory requirements during site operations.
Report and escalate safety non-compliance issues promptly and support corrective actions as required.
Qualifications
A Degree in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are someone who thrives on collaboration and knows how to build strong relationships on-site.
A self-motivated, proactive mindset. You enjoy the dynamic energy of a fast-paced site environment and view challenges as opportunities to grow.
Interest in using digital workflows, modern project management tools, or data to make site operations smarter.

Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
