Urgent Hiring: Production Line Leader / Manufacturing Lead (Aug Intake)

Basic Salary: $3,400 - $4,500

Gross Salary: $3,800 - $5,400

Working Time: 8.00am – 8.30pm (Day Shift) / 8.00pm - 8.30am (Night Shift) (**Rotating Shift)

Work Pattern: 4-3-3-4 Days, (Maximum 16 Working Days Per Month)

Location: Tampines

Benefits:

• Shift Allowance: $192 (Day Shift) , $384 (Night Shift)

• Transportation Allowance: $160

• Meal Allowance: $80

• 5% Annual Bonus

Job Detail:

• Lead and supervise production associates to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.

• Lead and supervise a team of 7–10 operators on a daily basis.

• Monitor production operations and product quality, and escalate issues when required.

• Conduct team briefings and prepare production reports.

• Train, coach, and support production staff on work processes and best practices.

• Support process improvements, new product introduction (NPI), and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures.

• Coordinate manpower, attendance, and workforce planning activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Secondary school education, technical certification, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of production monitoring and ISO documentation requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

• Experience in manpower planning and production line operations is an advantage.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform manual handling tasks when required.

• Work on rotating shifts as required.
