Job Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions.

• Ensure all invoices are properly verified, supported by relevant documentation, and accurately recorded in the accounting system.

• Prepare Statements of Account and follow up on outstanding collections.

• Reconcile vendors' accounts and prepare payments in accordance with agreed payment terms.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including invoice mismatches and payment errors, and respond to inquiries from vendors and customers.

• Process petty cash claims and other operational expenses accurately and timely.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation records in an organized and accurate manner.

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline work processes.

• Perform ad hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Accounting.

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and familiar with accounting software.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptable and a quick learner, with a willingness to learn new systems.

• Able to display continuous improvement and multi-tasking competencies.

• Reliable with punctual attendance.

• Salary will be commensurate with experience and contribution.

• Able to start work within short notice will have an added advantage.
