Personal Assistant & Investment Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, AI-savvy, finance-minded individual to provide executive, operational, and research support for a family office managing multiple ventures — including AI data centers, family investments, and personal/family matters.

This is a hybrid role: part executive support, part investment research and analysis. You will help identify, evaluate, and track investment opportunities — supporting informed decision-making across the family’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily scheduling, communications, and coordination (business + personal)

· Conduct research and analysis on potential investment opportunities (funds, private equity, real assets, etc.)

· Perform due diligence on products and opportunities, summarising findings clearly for decision-making

· Track portfolio performance and provide regular summaries

· Support the administration and documentation of portfolio investments — including tracking, organising paperwork, and coordinating with relevant parties

· Use AI tools to streamline research, reporting, and task management

· Assist with project coordination across multiple entities

· Handle personal and family matters: appointments, travel, household coordination

· Interface with helpers, drivers, schools, and family members as needed

· Pivot between executive support, research, and operational tasks with strong execution abilities

Who You Are

· Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful

· Strong research and analytical skills — able to evaluate financial products and summarise insights clearly

· Financially literate (diploma/degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)

· Comfortable with numbers, data, and financial documentation

· Technologically savvy (AI tools, Microsoft Office, data organisation)

· Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable with personal/family matters

· A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, hybrid environment

· Collaborative — you will work alongside the finance manager, supporting without duplicating
