Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.

  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee records in the HR information system.

  • Coordinate orientation programmes and facilitate new hire onboarding processes.

  • Administer employee benefits and leave management.

  • Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate communications.

  • Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment administration and onboarding activities.

  • Support job postings and maintain recruitment documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and company policies.

  • Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and payroll-related analyses as required.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate HR documentation and records.

  • Assist with annual HR exercises such as performance reviews, salary reviews, and budgeting activities.

Employee Engagement

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Payroll Administration

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for employees in Singapore.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including CPF contributions, IR8A reporting, NS make-up pay claims, and other government-related submissions.

  • Administer payroll-related activities such as overtime calculations, shift allowances, salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and final payments.

  • Maintain payroll records and ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

  • Liaise with payroll vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related matters.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on experience processing payroll in Singapore.

  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act requirements and statutory regulations including CPF, IRAS, NS claims, and MOM guidelines.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
