Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee records in the HR information system.
Coordinate orientation programmes and facilitate new hire onboarding processes.
Administer employee benefits and leave management.
Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Recruitment Support
Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate communications.
Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment administration and onboarding activities.
Support job postings and maintain recruitment documentation.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and payroll-related analyses as required.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate HR documentation and records.
Assist with annual HR exercises such as performance reviews, salary reviews, and budgeting activities.
Employee Engagement
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Payroll Administration
Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for employees in Singapore.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including CPF contributions, IR8A reporting, NS make-up pay claims, and other government-related submissions.
Administer payroll-related activities such as overtime calculations, shift allowances, salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and final payments.
Maintain payroll records and ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Liaise with payroll vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related matters.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on experience processing payroll in Singapore.
Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act requirements and statutory regulations including CPF, IRAS, NS claims, and MOM guidelines.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
