We are an established Public Accountants & Chartered Accountants firm providing services ranging from accounting to tax. Conveniently located near MacPherson MRT (both Circle & Downtown Lines).

We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following position.

Accounts Associate

Job responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients from diverse industries

• Prepare GST returns, management, and financial reports

• Handle payroll, compilation reports & liaise with clients, auditors, and authorities

• Carry out other accounting-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy (or higher)

• 1-2 years' relevant experience is preferred/Entry-level are welcome

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Xero/QuickBooks a plus

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team

• Positive, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

• A keen interest in learning and developing accounting knowledge

• Salary commensurate based on qualification and relevant experience
