Are you an experienced retail professional looking for a stable night shift role with leadership responsibilities? Join our team as a Night Shift Team Leader and play a key role in ensuring shelves are fully stocked and operations are ready for the next business day.

Location: Pasir Ris MRT
Gross Salary: $2,841/month + Performance Bonus

Salary Breakdown:

• Basic Salary: $2,600

• Flexi Allowance: $25

• AWS Component: $216

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Retail Assistants during night operations

• Replenish and refill merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked for the next day

• Manage inventory levels and stock allocation based on sales and customer demand

• Maintain housekeeping, merchandising, and store presentation standards

• Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment activities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company procedures

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail, supermarket, or inventory management experience

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and manage a team

• Service-oriented, hands-on, and responsible

• Comfortable carrying up to 15kg

• Comfortable climbing ladders when required

• Able to work a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays

• Able to commit to permanent night shifts :

  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, or

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
