About the Role
Natoma Professional Facility Management and Environmental Industry Service provider is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to build a long-term career in the professional cleaning industry. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or candidate with some working experience who is eager to learn, grow, and eventually take ownership of projects independently.
You will work closely with senior management, gaining hands-on exposure to business development, site assessments, quotation preparation, project coordination, and client relationship management. The successful candidate should be proactive, willing to visit sites regularly, and passionate about converting opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Attend client meetings and site inspections alongside senior professional.
· Conduct site surveys and gather information required for proposal and quotation preparation.
· Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
· Follow up on enquiries and maintain communication with prospective clients.
· Coordinate with operations teams to understand project requirements and service delivery capabilities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Identify business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
· Assist in planning manpower, equipment, and project requirements.
· Monitor project progress and provide updates to management when required.
· Learn industry best practices, cleaning methodologies, and operational processes.
· Work towards independently handling enquiries, site visits, quotations, and project conversions.
Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Operations, Facilities Management, or related fields.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Strong interest in the professional cleaning and facilities services industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confident in meeting clients and conducting site visits.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Willing to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company.
· Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Able to work independently after completing the training and mentoring period.
