About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth efforts. This is a hands-on role where you will help identify new opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support our end-to-end sales process — from first contact to signed deal. You will get direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles, B2B client conversations, and the fast-moving world of SaaS. If you love talking to people, are curious about business, and want to make a real commercial impact, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, and networking events
Support lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM maintenance
Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, product demos, and client presentations
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and customised sales materials
Conduct market and competitor research to surface new business opportunities
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and industry partners
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on growth initiatives
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress
What We Are Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome — we invest in developing talent from the ground up
Excellent spoken and written English — essential for client-facing communication
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Self-starter with initiative, curiosity, and a positive, resilient attitude
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior internship or experience in sales, BD, customer service, or consulting is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or the future of work is a bonus
